Fire played havoc in past life of Kulwinder Kaur

It was eerie, the way she got flashes from her past life, ever since she was three years old. Even the slightest contact with fire caused her suffocation and immense pain.

When Kulwinder Kaur from New Delhi heard about Imagine’s Raaz Pichhle Janam Ka, she registered to participate in the show to find out if it had any connection with her past life.

What came out in regression was a shocking revelation for Kulwinder and her family. When Kulwinder underwent regression with the help of renowned clinical psychologist, Dr Trupti Jayin, she saw herself as a young college going girl named Simran Kaur in as early as 1980s. Simran was forced into marriage by her parents while she was studying. Soon after the wedding, Simran’s mother-in-law started torturing her on the pretext of dowry. On one dreadful day, Simran was burnt to death by her mother-in-law in that life. Everyone was made to believe that her death was caused by accident, including her then husband (Baljeet Singh Oberoi).

A shocked Kulwinder says, “I used to feel that my parents in this life are not my parents. The house in which I am living is not my house. I was scared to death of fire, but never knew that fire would have such a dreadful connection with my previous life. I appeal to all those girls who are being tormented by their in-laws for dowry to raise their voice against it.
